The Vintage & Classic Car Club of India (VCCCI) takes great pleasure in announcing the forthcoming Vintage Car & Motorcycle Fiesta, to be held on Sunday, 28th March 2010 in Mumbai.
All Cars manufactured upto 31.12.1940 shall be broadly classified as VINTAGE Entries will also be accepted for Classic/Non Classic Cars upto 2008 (acceptance of entries of Classics, Non Classic between 1941 to 2008 will be the discretion of the organizers)
The Route of the Event will be disclosed at the start and will cover about 40 miles in Mumbai

I have read the regulation issued for this event and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of the entry of this vehicle. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified, the government of India, The Government of Maharashtra, the VCCCI/WIAA,the Sponsors, and their officials agent representive, employee and all persons assisting them, in this event and all owners and tenants of private property traversed, from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death or injury to myself or any other person or persons of loss or death or in or damage to any property including the vehicle concerned in this event, other otherwise been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the VCCCI, the sponsors and their officials, agents, representive, employee and all persons assisting them in this events. |

The judging for the same will be done on 28th March 2010 from 7 A.M to 8 A.M.

Prize for Concource D’Elegance (Best Maintained and best Restored Vehicles:)
The Overall Winner will be from the Vintage Cars Category.
Please note that judging for Vehicles will be done on
No Judging will be done beyond this period therefore, please come at your appointed time.
In the interest of encouraging in increasing number of owners to restore their vehicles and continuously improve that condition of the vehicle following has been decided.
A kit will be given at the Start, containing the Tulip, Speed Chart, Time Chart, Time card, Breakfast Coupon(2) Dinner Coupons (2) Soft Drink Coupons (4) and the list of entries.
At the Prize Distribution Dinner, entry is by Invitation Card/Coupon only. Extra card/coupons are available at cost directly at the Reception Desk.
Insurance: No Vehicle without Insurance will be allowed to start. (Important Please Note)
The Reporting time on Sunday 28th March 2010 is 6.30 A.M. No Cars/Motorcycle will be allowed the enter enclosure after 7.30 A.M

We request you to share any information regarding your vehicle (acquisition/ restoration etc.) which can be shared with the audience.
Please provide photographic details/evidence of any restoration work that you have undertaken on your vehicle for it to be eligible for a prize.
Come along friends, all you have to do in spruce up to old cars and motorcycles, returns the duly completed entry forms and get set for a morning of nostalgia and fun.
